The Great Smoky Mountains in early morning sunlight.
Summer sunset over Lake Michigan, viewed from a Michigan City beach.
Mt. Katahdin, Maine – the northernmost point of the Appalachian Trail. Climbing this mountain was the single hardest endeavor I’ve ever completed. 12 hours round-trip through the most hellish weather conditions. Without my husband I could not have made it. And this is the very next day – clear, beautiful and so innocuous! Nature is to be respected, that’s for sure!

This shot is breathtaking.
Thank you so much, I’m glad you like my work. : )
